Returns and Refunds — James & Emily Cambridge
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions apply, as by making a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Returning Products
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as received: unused, free of wear, and in its original packaging. Items where hygiene is particularly important must be carefully cleaned before returning.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned — for example, underwear, tights, or some personal care products.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return a product, please email us at: info@jamesandemilycambridge.com
Include your order number, reason for the return, a photo of the item (if damaged), and all your contact details.
Refunds
Procedure: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 30 days.
Delayed or Rejected Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If it still does not appear, contact us at: info@jamesandemilycambridge.com
Costs
Return Shipping: The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages.
Items must be shipped to China, and shipping costs start at €20, paid by the customer.
Exceptions
Damaged or Incorrect Product: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. If the error occurs again, we will refund the full amount.
Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, as we use an automated system.
